Evaluate

Once our Ontrack Data Recovery specialists have your hardware, they will:

• establish the extent of your data loss scenario and provide a full evaluation
• decide on the best recovery solution
• provide a comprehensive list of the files that can be recovered, quote, recovery timescale and answer any queries that you might have

Recover

Once all the necessary paperwork has been received our Ontrack Data Recovery engineers will:

• perform the necessary recovery procedure
• save the extracted data to an external USB hard drive

Return

After final checks have been made, we will:

• return your original hardware and your recovered data to your local Apple Authorised Service Provider or directly to you
• be on hand to answer any post-recovery queries that you might have
